We are underway on a two-part renovation and addition project in Kittery Point, where the homeowners are looking to expand the footprint of their 1940's cape.
The renovation and addition will include creating space for enlarged kitchen, mudroom, and open concept living space to compliment the cozy rooms that will remain untouched on the first floor.
Also, since the client works from home, there will be a new office and guest living space designed and built off of the existing detached garage.
These projects will compliment and modernize the existing home, and create multiple new spaces for the family to enjoy.
